2-7 business days shipping for all standard tutus and accessories via USPS.

Production time begins on the first full business day after the order is placed.  Please allow up to the maximum days on the production schedule plus shipping.  We cannot always get products done in the minimum amount of time listed, however, we guarantee products will be shipped out within those range of days. 

Tutu Gorgeous Girl is not responsible for shipping delays.  Please keep in mind shipping is based on USPS averages and are not guaranteed delivery times.  During peak shipping periods shipments may take longer.  Please allow ample time for your item(s) to arrive.  

PRODUCTION TIME 

We reserve the right to cancel an order that does not allow enough time for production and shipping.

 Due to the custom nature of our business, many products are made to order and require a production time unless listed as "ready to ship".  Production time will begin on the first full day after the order is placed.   Your product(s) will ship within the range we set for our production time - please allow adequate time or ask if we can accommodate your rush order.  Large/bulk orders may take more time so please contact us before submitting your order.

Many accessories are made-to-order but may ship within 2-3 business days.  If ordered with a tutu or other made-to-order item they will ship together once the full order is completed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipping is for US customers only.  If you reside outside the US please contact us with your purchase details and the date needed.  Shipping outside the US takes an average of 2-3 weeks, however, delays in customs can take 4-6 weeks or longer.  Most packages cannot be tracked once they leave the US.  All customs/import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not part of the shipping charges. Please check with your local postal service to find out if your country charges these fees. We will not alter customs forms to avoid fees levied by your county – it is against the law.

RUSH ORDERS

 If you need a made-to-order item sooner we do accept rush orders for an additional charge.  Some items are excluded.  A Rush Order fee will move you toward the top of the production line and will be completed and ready for shipment in 2-4 business days.  If you need Express shipping please contact us with your zip code before placing your order.  Please be sure that your date needed allows for production and shipping times or your order may be cancelled.  You may select these options from the drop-down menu when ordering. This is only available for standard tutus - no custom orders.
