Mini Top Hats
Mini top hats are a fabulous way to dress up your tutu for portraits,
a birthday party, Christmas party, or just because you love them.
All mini top hats are handmade from a blank hat base. Sequins or glitter are carefully applied by hand to the hat base then adorned with our favorite embellishments - ric rac trim, piping, feathers, marabou, rhinestones, ribbon and buttons. Hats are finished from top to bottom, including a fully felt covered base.
