This fun tutu features four party perfect colors - hot pink, apple green, purple and turquoise tulle. To make this tutu more festive I’ve added lime, hot pink and turquoise polka dot ribbons throughout. This tutu makes a perfect first birthday tutu and milestone or cake smash photo session tutu. Tutu includes a satin bow at the waist and optional flower clip and stretch headband.
