The Divalicious tutu skirt features a fuchsia and black zebra print satin ruffle for the top layer and black tutu underneath, and detachable fabric rosette with rhinestone decorative center.  

Add the black glitter mini top hat for the perfect accessory.  The hat features white, black and hot pink korker ribbons, black feathers, pink ric rac trim and the same coordinating zebra print fabric.

Zebra satin ruffle is approximately 5 inches in length and cannot be adjusted.  Tutu length shown in the photos is 10 inches.  If ordering for a younger child the 8 inch length tutu will shown a little less under the satin ruffle, and longer tutus will show a little more.
