Paypal accepts credit cards and echecks. If you pay by echeck we will not begin on your order until the check has cleared in about 5 business days. If you are needing a rush order please pay with a credit card to prevent any delays with your order. We cannot rush your order if payment was made with an echeck.
You do not need a Paypal account. To pay with a credit card select "Pay with credit card" instead of logging into a Paypal account.
Purchases from Indiana are charged 7% sales tax.
All packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Post. If you would like expedited delivery please contact us before ordering.
We cannot be responsible for damage or delays in shipping after the products leave our hands. Nor can we guarantee delivery by a certain date as shipping is out of our control. USPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES except on Express Mail, therefore we cannot. If ordering last minute the customer is accepting responsibility that the product may not reach it's destination in time. We will always have items shipped in the time frame discussed or within our current production time.
Please be sure you have allowed adequate time for production and delivery.
We are only taking International orders on a limited basis. Please contact us if you wish to order and understand the following conditions: Due to the nature of International shipping and possible delays in customs we cannot guarantee a delivery date. On average most shipments take 2-3 weeks but, can take 4-6 weeks or longer if there are delays in customs. This is in addition to the make time. Please be aware that many countries do not scan packages and therefore tracking stops once the package leaves the US. All customs/import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not part of the shipping charges. Please check with your local postal service to find out if your country charges these fees. We will not alter customs forms to avoid fees levied by your county – it is against the law.
International shipping fees are extra - please do not place an order before contacting us and arranging for payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis. Refunds and exchanges for custom orders are not accepted unless there was an error on our part. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us so, if you have an issue with your tutu or accessory please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
Before ordering please be certain that the size, length, colors, pattern and style you choose are correct. If you need any design help contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If we have agreed to do a return or exchange the purchase price of the product will be refunded less the original shipping charge. If there was an error on our part the full purchase price including shipping will be refunded or an exchange will be provided.
Item must be returned in its original, unused condition and original packaging. Crumpled and crushed tutus will not be refunded. Once the item is received we will process your refund. For exchanged items shipping must be paid before we send the new item to you.

Tutu Gorgeous Girl welcomes custom orders! If there is a special tutu or accessory you would like made please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
We try to select pictures that best represent color, texture and size but, due to the differences in computer monitors the color may not be true to life. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
Supervision is recommended for children 3 and under with any product that contains small pieces. Never allow your child to sleep in a tutu or accessory. Tutu Gorgeous Girl cannot be held responsible if something should happen.
